In addition to the previously discussed Optimus L7 II, South Korean mobile phone maker LG also came to the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Spain with another new member of its L-Style family, namely the LG Optimus L5 II.

Made official recently alongside the LG Optimus L7 II, this handset is aimed at those users who are looking for a mid-level smartphone that is not too expensive.

It sports a 4-inch IPS LCD touchscreen display capable of a 480 x 800 pixels resolution, along with a 1 GHz processor, 512 MB of RAM, and Google’s Android 4.1 Jelly Bean platform loaded on top.

Furthermore, the new device sports a 5-megapixel photo snapper on the back, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, GPS receiver with A-GPS support, and a Li-Ion 1700 mAh battery.

For a handset in its range, the LG Optimus L5 II can seem very appealing, the same as its predecessor did last year.
