"Vampire Diaries" star Nina Dobrev needed to get something off her chest, posing topless with a strategically placed cardboard sign to encourage fans to “get covered” with Obamacare.

Without it, “you’re naked,” the Canadian actress wrote in the caption for the sexy pic, adding praise for her homeland north of the border for being on the vanguard of having “healthcare for all.”
The 24-year-old boldly shed her top and shared the snap on social media, urging the uninsured to sign up for the new program and including a link to the enrollment site.

Dobrev is just the latest celebrity to encourage followers to jump on the bandwagon and get insurance.
Singer John Legend, Pearl Jam and actresses Alyssa Milano and Kerry Washington are among the stars this week who took to social media, with the hashtag #GetCovered, to promote the new subsidized health plans.
