According to reports, the 49-year-old actor was at the dentist's office to be treated for an abscess when he started to flail as she was giving him nitrous oxide.
He reportedly struck the technician as he thrashed, and Sheen's security guard and dentist entered the room. The nurse told police the actor pulled a knife on the dentist, and also said he was high on rock cocaine.
On Friday, the technician -- Margarita Palestino -- filed lawsuit against the actor claiming Sheen committed assault, battery, sexual battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
In her complaint, Palestino states that she was helping doctors George Bogen and Jaime Azdair when Sheen ripped off the mask she had placed on him.
In the suit Palestino claims Sheen then shouted, "I'm going to [expletive] kill you!" to everyone in the room.
According to the complaint, Sheen also grabbed the woman's breast and tried to either open or remove her bra.
He also reportedly punched the woman in the chest.
The lawsuit also states before Sheen left the office his body guard and personal assistant -- who was present when the alleged incident happened -- gave Palestino $500 and said "This is for your troubles."
She is asking for compensation for "physical injury, pain and suffering, and mental anguish."
Palestino is also wanting a jury trial.
According to Sheen's publicist, the actor had a bad reaction to the gas used during the procedure and denies the actor was high on drugs or that there was a knife involved.
