It seems like the tide has finally turned for Nintendo. According to respected business site Bloomberg, at least eight analysts expect the best holiday sales in years for the company, with some of them even predicting profit margins to have tripled. The most positive analysts believe the company will make a profit of around $306 million.
The main reason for this optimism is of course best-selling titles like Mario Kart 8 and Super Smash Bros. for Wii U, but Amiibos are also bringing in a lot of extra sales. Nintendo has estimated a revenue of a billion dollars in the US alone for these figurines. On top of this, Nintendo 3DS continues to sell well around the world.
